I’m not vegan, but this is still an interesting resource. Barnivore is a vegan beer and wine guide. I remember some friends who told me about a mezcal that was brewed (?) with a chicken over the pot of mezcal. As the heat would rise, the juices of the chicken would drip down into the pot. Or it was something of that sort. And who knew Guinness uses a fish derived product (isinglass) in their brewing process?

Today’s accomplishment:
* Mounted a new shelf in the storage room
* Got rid of:

• One large garbage bag full of old, non-reuseable clothing & shoes, pillows and random soft scraps (I think I held onto them so long because I felt bad not being to recycle. But seriously  – good riddance!)
• Busted trolley part
• Some unusable hats
• Random metal & plastic thing I took from the ITP junk shelf long ago (damn the things I keep)

* Organized & vacuumed storage room
